In this week's episode, I'm going to share with you my personal four step abundance activation routine.

This is the routine I use every single day. I've been doing it for several years, and can say that for me it works incredibly well.

There legitimately isn't a thing that I was writing down and actively manifesting/ working on over the last several years that has not become a reality for me. Now I'm excited to share this process with you.

The backbone of this routine is the idea that how you do anything is how you do everything. For example, if you are the type of person that wakes up and makes your bed every morning, it sets your brain up for productivity. It helps you to mentally check tasks off your mental to-do list and convinces your brain that you are the type of person that accomplishes things.

And since your brain will always prove you right, then the more evidence you can gather that further proves the story that you accomplish things, you get even more things done.

Your brain gathers more and more evidence that you are the type of woman that is an achiever that can create systems and stick to them. The more you gather evidence for this, the easier it is to embody that and then eventually actually become her

This is the process of evolving, elevating, and becoming the best version of yourself in real time. This is also why I believe it's so important to show up for your calendar.

After all, planning is irrelevant if you don't follow through. All those hours spent reworking your calendar really aren't going to do you any good if then you don't show up for them anyways.

In channeling your higher self for this and picturing how your future self shows up for your calendar is a really excellent way to be consistent, show up on purpose, have intention with what you are doing. It’s the small acts that help gather evidence as to why you are the type of person that can actually achieve these things.

The first step in my four step abundance activation routine is to start each day with meditation.

Especially right before the sun comes up in Kundalini yoga, it is said that you are much more receptive to downloads. It is kind of a magical time of the day, and especially with our days being shorter, it's a lot easier to get up before the sun and watch the sunrise.

There's something so magical about that. I personally don't believe that I am a morning person if I have to wake up and be moving really quickly. However, I really treasure and value my early mornings before the kids are awake. Before anybody is speaking or talking to me. Before I need to react or be responsible. It’s so incredible valuable to wake up and start each day with a meditation and get your energy and your brain right before you need to be responding to other people's requests.

By meditating, you also gain a lot of focus and clarity. You can tap into your future self (or your guides) and get really incredible ideas as your brain is waking up.

First thing in the morning is when your subconscious mind is the most active and you're able to get those ideas or those downloads because your conscious mind hasn't fully woken up yet and taken over the show with its loud chatter.

The first step is to be sure you're starting each day with meditation. This can be just regular box breathing meditations where you set a timer and breathe in for four counts, hold it for four counts and exhale for four counts. Just focusing on how it feels to breathe in your body, following the breath from your mouth to your throat, to your lungs, to your stomach, and focusing on the temperature of your breath as it comes in and out of your body.

Try to be present with the breath. This can help with focus throughout the day and stress levels throughout the day.

If you are actively working on a specific area of your life, then you can find guided meditations or personally, I have loved hypnosis meditations. There are some really incredible ones out there.

Basically hypnosis is just meditation with a goal. Hypnosis helps your mind to relax enough that you can effectively reprogram your subconscious mind, which makes 90% of your actual decisions and activity throughout your day.

My next tip is to keep a consistent gratitude journal. Keeping a gratitude journal is something that is not new. However, there are very few of us that do it consistently.

By starting your morning with an intentional gratitude practice, it actually has been proven to help your brain look for more things to be grateful for throughout the day and increases feelings of abundance, of happiness.

It decreases your stress levels and makes you feel really good overall.

From an energetic standpoint, if you are already grateful, it sends a message to the universe that you are ready for more. That you are somebody that is capable and willing to receive.

Think of it as if you made a big batch of cookies for your neighborhood kid group and you put your heart and soul into it. You used good ingredients, you took your time, you let the butter soften before you put it in and all that good stuff.

When you brought your freshly baked cookies out to all the kids playing in the neighborhood, several of them came, took their cookies, and only a few said, Thank you. A few were actually irritated that you didn't give them more…. but there was that one kid that was so grateful and offered to help clean up the kitchen.

While that kid was helping clean up, you let them lick the bowl of cookie dough, gave them as many cookies as they wanted, and sent them home with an extra plate to have later.

That kid was already in a state of gratitude. And because of that, it made you want to give even more.

This is similar to how we experience abundance when we're working with energetics and the universe.

By keeping a gratitude journal, it helps support those feel-good emotions.

In my own personal practice, I like to add why you are grateful for that thing/person/experience. This one extra little step often helps to create more of the feeling of abundance and the feeling of gratitude. I also like to reread my gratitude list after I've written everything down. It's really powerful to see the entire page of everything that I'm grateful for and everything that I'm feeling that day.

My next tip is then to rewrite your goals daily. Often people don't even write their goals once a year. Sometimes they'll write their goals in New Year's.

Often they won't write down their goals at all yet.

If you think about it, they're writing their to-do lists (which is everybody else's goals) and small menial tasks. They're writing grocery lists, they're writing things to prepare for and packing lists…. but never their big dreams.

I feel like your big dreams should be a bigger priority than any shopping list or any to-do list.

Rewriting those goals and dreams every day is hugely impactful to calling them in and making them a reality. Not only do they help keep them top of mind, but they help you to naturally and automatically edit your calendar as you are looking for activities and events and planning out your week. Just the practice of rewriting your goals every day absolutely makes it so that they are more top of mind and you can budget your time accordingly to achieve them.

My last tip is to clean your wallet.

Your wallet is your space where you carry your money, whether that is cards or cash. Your wallet is your money's home. It really can be used as a tasman, as a way of portraying how you care for your money and how it is that you respect it. After all, if you aren;t taking care of what you currently have, how can you possibly handle more?

And so my first tip in regards to wallets is to have a nice wallet. It doesn't have to be a high end designer, but make sure that you like your wallet. There's so many different options out there, even on Amazon or thrift stores.

If money is hard, there are so many ways that you can get a wallet that you really like that lights you up for cheap.

My next tip is to keep it clean. Don't allow gunk and buildup and receipts and garbage to be ever stored in your wallet. Again, this is your safe space where you keep your assets and so to respect it and keep it clean.

Next, I like to always keep some cash on me and keep my bills facing out. I feel like it sends the subconscious message that money is everywhere. I always have access to it, and I respect it and take care of it.

By having all the bills facing one direction, it makes me feel a lot more clean and organized and like I am managing and respecting my money. Make sure all the bills are facing you, (because you really want money to flow to you. You don't want it facing away from you.)

Last, be sure to clean your wallet out weekly just to make sure that there is no buildup. You aren't holding onto excess business cards, and that you are shedding the things that are no longer serving you.

Subconsciously, in carrying excess weight and in diluting the things that are important to you, it really helps to, to also dilute your focus and your clarity and your goals and your ambitions.

Those are my fun four step abundance activation tips. I cannot wait to hear what you guys thought of them, what resonated with you, what are some things that you do to increase abundance? Please let me know!
